DIRT FACIAL CLAY MASK is here to activate and cleanse your skin. Our mixture of Moroccan Rhassoul, US Bentonite, and French Green clay uplifts and electrifies your face.

"Beauty is truth's smile when she beholds her own face in a perfect mirror." Rabindranath Tagore

Our Rhassoul clay is quarry mined from deep beneath the Atlas Mountains in Eastern Morocco. It is sun dried and untreated. When first mined, Rhassoul clay appears as a polished brown, soap-like clay, which is chunky in appearance and resembling rocks. After further refinement and micronization, the end product is a smooth almost silken earth.

Our Bentonite is one of our most popular clays and comes from naturally occurring volcanic ash sediments here in the United States. Bentonite is very unusual in the fact that once it becomes hydrated, the electrical and molecular components of the clay rapidly change and produce an electrical charge.

Our French Green clay has enormous absorbent powers due to the constitution of its micro molecules. It literally “drinks” oils, toxic substances, and impurities from your skin. Its toning action stimulates the skin. French Green clay is great for helping to clear occasional skin blemishes.

Ingredients: Spa quality Bentonite, Moroccan Rhassoul and French Green Clay

4 fl. oz. (118ml) - Good for about 6 masks

This clay was created in collaboration with our good friend Britt, who also helps make our DIRT Soap.

Directions: Mix four teaspoons of Dirt Facial Clay Mask with two tablespoons filtered water or rosewater or apple cider vinegar until it becomes a smooth, thick paste. Apply to trouble spots as needed. Or apply liberally with a brush or fingertips to the entire face excluding the eyes, eyebrows and lips. Wait 15-45 minutes (depending on thickness) for the mask to harden and the skin to pulse. A fan speeds up drying time. Once the mask is dry, wash the face with warm water until all the clay is removed, pat dry and apply your favorite moisturizer. For external use only. Clay stores indefinitely.
